2026 Spring Consignment Sale:

• All items are sold as is, where is. No guarantees are expressed or implied. Once an item is announced as sold, you are the owner and are responsible for it.
• It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect all items before bidding. No refunds.
• All payments must be made on the day of the sale. Payment may be made by cash, good check, or bank wire transfer.
• Online winning bids must be settled within 24 hours of the sale date.
• South Dakota sales tax will apply per South Dakota sales tax rates if purchased in South Dakota.
• All items must be removed within a week of sale completion, unless otherwise noted or special provisions have been made.
• All announcements on auction day, by the auctioneer, take precedence over all prior releases, verbal or written, concerning this sale.
• In case of a tie bid, the bidding may be reopened at the auctioneer's discretion between the two tie bidders.
• Absentee bids and online bids are legal and binding, and the winning bidder must pay for the item(s) in full.
• Buyers' premiums may be charged and will be added to the final bid amount before sales tax.
• All sales are taxable, unless exempt from such, or a proper sales tax resale permit has been filed out.
• Gran Auction shall not be responsible in any manner for any type of damages caused in whole or in part by the packing, loading, or transporting of any items once they have been purchased by the buyer.
• The decisions of the auctioneer are final.
• Buyer agrees upon registration to be bound by the terms and conditions of this sale.

ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE SALE LOT PROPERTY BY MAY 1ST

ANY AND ALL ITEMS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN REMOVED WILL BE SUBJECT TO A STORAGE FEE OF $50 PER DAY PER ITEM. AFTER A MONTH, YOUR ITEMS WILL BECOME PROPERTY OF GRAN AUCTION SERVICE AND WILL BE RESOLD WITH NO FINANCIAL REIMBURSEMENT OR REFUNDS
