As a Broker and a member of the Board of REALTORS® for South Dakota and Nebraska, I am your go-to-girl. I am more than happy to help people with all real estate needs when purchasing or selling a home or property. I specialize in Broker's Price Opinions, so if you want a market value on your real estate, I would be happy to do that.
Coming from 4 generations of ranchers in Tripp County, South Dakota and living here all my life, I specialize in understanding that selling the family's farm or ranch is one of the biggest decisions to be made. I am here to give choices on what and how to go through this process. I specialize in selling land through a listing or auction and also manage agricultural property in southern South Dakota.
I have lived on the family ranch in Todd Co. for 50 years. We raise Red Angus and Black Angus cattle. I am a second-generation auctioneer and have been an auctioneer for 20+ years. I conduct a machinery and livestock equipment consignment sale at our ranch every spring and fall. I also conduct personal property auctions and do machinery appraisals. I look forward to my next venture of auctioning land with Shippy Realty and Auction.
